Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter a binding agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your purchase and these terms. Stoiq is not for children under 13.

Keep access to the email used at checkout. It identifies your purchase and is used to deliver the beta, recover access, and issue your signed licence. Do not share sign-in links, claim codes, or licence tokens.

Plans, renewals, and cancellation

Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout. Founding and lifetime plans are one-time purchases and do not renew. Monthly and yearly plans renew at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout.

If Stoiq offers a free or discounted trial, the checkout screen states its duration, eligibility, price after the offer, and renewal date before you confirm. A payment method or Apple purchase authorization may be required. Unless you cancel first, the subscription automatically begins or renews at the displayed price when the trial ends. Promotional Pinecones are not granted during a free trial; the first subscription grant follows the first successful paid billing period.

Manage or cancel an App Store subscription in your Apple account. Manage a direct subscription from your Stoiq account or the billing-management link in your receipt; you may also email hi@stoiq.ai from the purchase address for help. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access continues through the paid period unless a refund ends it sooner.

The software licence

Subject to these terms and payment when required, Stoiq grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app and included companion software on devices you own or control. You may make a reasonable backup copy. You keep ownership of your to-dos, notes, files, and other content.

Do not resell, sublicense, publicly redistribute, bypass access controls, use the software to violate another person’s rights, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly allows that activity. A one-time or lifetime purchase gives you a perpetual right to use the last compatible version delivered to you; it does not promise compatibility with every future operating system or a permanent online service.

Private beta

Stoiq is early software. Features may be incomplete, change, move, or fail; browser protection can require manual extension setup; iPhone availability and capabilities may differ from the Mac; and delivery is currently handled by email. We will not silently convert a one-time plan into a subscription.

Do not rely on Stoiq as your only calendar, task backup, safety control, accessibility aid, or record of important work. Keep independent copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Acceptable use and third parties

Do not interfere with the service, probe or defeat its security, automate abusive requests, distribute malware, impersonate another person, or use Stoiq unlawfully. Chrome, Apple, Stripe, Supabase, and other third-party services have their own terms and may change or limit their products independently of Stoiq.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stoiq is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular productivity, health, educational, or financial outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Regulr AI, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Its aggregate liability arising from Stoiq will not exceed the amount you paid for Stoiq during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and ending access

We may update these terms for future use or purchases. If a material change affects an active subscription or account, we will provide notice appropriate to the change. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, a security threat, unlawful conduct, or a material breach, and will preserve non-waivable rights and valid refund obligations.
